These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of premieraz.net (the “Site”), operated by Premier Estate Planning, LLC, doing business as Premier Estate & Retirement Planning (“Premier,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Premier Estate Planning, LLC is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. We are an Arizona Certified Legal Document Preparer business, AZCLDP #81648. Legal document preparers are certified by the Arizona Supreme Court to prepare documents and provide general legal information, but they cannot represent you or give advice about your specific legal rights.
Nothing on this Site, in our videos, or in our communications with you should be construed as legal advice or the practice of law. The information is general and educational and may not apply to your situation. If you have questions that require professional legal advice, please consult a licensed attorney.
Reading this Site, sending us a message, or scheduling a consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship or any other professional relationship. Any engagement for document preparation services is governed by a separate written agreement.

When you pick a time online, you leave the Site for plan4thefuture.com, our scheduling platform. Plan4TheFuture is operated by Premier Estate Planning, LLC, doing business as Plan4TheFuture, so you are still dealing with us. Your booking, and the confirmation and reminder emails that follow it, are governed by the Plan4TheFuture Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
First consultations are free and carry no obligation. Booking a time does not commit you to any services, and it does not commit Premier to prepare any document. We may reschedule or cancel an appointment where necessary and will let you know as early as we can.
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, and page layouts, are owned by Premier Estate Planning, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The Premier Estate & Retirement Planning name and logo are marks of Premier Estate Planning, LLC.
You may view, print, or download Site content for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, or distribution, requires our prior written permission.
The Site links to and embeds content from third parties, including YouTube and Vimeo for videos, Google Maps for office locations, Google for reviews, and social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Plan4TheFuture, where scheduling takes place, is operated by us and is not a third party.
We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, or privacy practices. A link or embed does not imply endorsement. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but laws change and content may become out of date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier Estate Planning, LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site or any third-party service linked from it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
